I'm Reshma - a digital marketing trainer, strategist, and consultant with 17 years of hands-on experience. I teach at postgraduate business schools and deliver corporate training programs. But I also still take on real client work — websites, SEO, ad campaigns — because I believe the best teachers never stop doing the work. That's what makes my teaching different. I don't teach from a textbook. I teach from last week.

Most people in my position would have moved on to a full-time consulting career by now. I didn’t, because teaching is where I want to be.
I’ve been training students and professionals in digital marketing since 2007. That’s before Instagram existed. Before reels, before performance max campaigns, before AI entered every marketing conversation. I’ve adapted through every shift — and I’ve brought those shifts into the classroom in real time.
Today I’m Visiting Faculty at PGDM institutes across India and an upcoming training partner in the UAE. I work with postgraduate students, corporate teams, and small businesses and I treat all of them the same way: practically, honestly, and with no shortcuts.
I understand students not just the subject. I know where the confusion happens, what the industry actually needs, and how to bridge the gap between theory and what works on a live campaign.
